Account and Data Deletion

Peloz runs entirely on your device. There is no server account and no login — all of your data (profile, photos, history and reminders) is stored locally on your own phone. This page explains how to erase all of it, permanently.

Deleting from inside the app

  1. Open Peloz
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap "Delete account and erase data"
  4. Confirm by typing the word DELETE

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. It removes:

  • Your profile — name, age, email and every onboarding answer
  • Your photos — the day-zero photo and every photo from your journey
  • Your history — logged applications, Hair Score and streak
  • Your reminders — every notification scheduled on the phone

If you already uninstalled the app

Because the data only ever lives on the device, uninstalling Peloz already removes all local data. To exercise your rights under the LGPD and make sure any remaining record is erased, email contato@usepeloz.com with the subject "Data deletion". We respond within 15 days.

Data processed by artificial intelligence

The app's AI features (photo analysis and the chat with the mascot) send content for processing and require your explicit consent before anything is sent. That content is not tied to an account, because Peloz has no accounts. Details in the Privacy Policy.

About your subscription

Erasing your data does not cancel an active subscription. Billing is managed by the store you subscribed through — cancel separately under Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions (iPhone) or in the Google Play Store › Payments and subscriptions (Android), otherwise auto-renewal continues.
